Currently, he is the Founder and Chairman & Managing Director of JUSTO Realfintech Ltd., a tech-enabled real estate mandate firm that bridges the gap between developers and buyers through transparency and data-backed solutions.

Before founding JUSTO, Pushp held several high-profile leadership roles across major Indian conglomerates. He served as the Group CFO and Head of Real Estate at Bombay Dyeing (Nusli Wadia Group) and held the position of Group CFO at Rustomjee. His extensive experience also includes serving as the Head of Finance for the Piramal Group’s formulation business and a significant tenure at the Essar Group, where he played a pivotal role in billion-dollar fundraising initiatives. Throughout his career, he has successfully raised over $3 billion in equity and debt capital.
