Ashish Mehta has been at the helm since the company’s inception, bringing with him deep domain knowledge and a passion for guiding clients through complex real estate landscapes. His experience spans across property transactions, finance structuring, joint ventures, and strategic developments. In addition to leading Elegance Realty, he also holds leadership roles in several other ventures such as Aquamax Rehab & Wellness Pvt. Ltd. and Gold’s Gym Fitness LLP.

Ashish is also a highly active community leader—currently serving as the President of Area Group, Treasurer of NAR India, and a member of various prestigious organizations including JIO (Jain International Youth Organization), Rotary Club, SVJS, SSRF, and others. His philosophy, “Together Forever,” reflects his commitment to collective growth and long-term client relationships.
